Customs fees and Sale tax are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

Separate Packages

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

*Certain items may be on backorder;

*Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office.

Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Packages

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and email customer@easepicks.com immediately, if something is missing. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NOTE

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Easepicks we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us.

If you are experiencing any shipping or product issues, please email to customer@easepicks.com including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request. and our team will assist you right away.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

All products come with a replacement/refund warranty for 30 DAYS from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be properly packed.

If you need to return/exchange your product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation. Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed. Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

* If the item you received is not exactly correct at our website described and do not fit you then you can e-mail to customer@easepicks.com to request a RETURN or EXCHANGE within 30 days.

* The written request must include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned, the reason for the return: refund, size exchange or color exchange, and an explanation and photographs stating the reason.

* Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.

* All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will reship the right one or process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.

* If you have any problem not stated above, please e-mail to customer@easepicks.com within 30 days from the delivered date, including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request.

Cancel Paid Orders

If your order has been paid for, you need to contact us via customer@easepicks.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

========>> DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED/MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS <<===========

You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

* Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

* If you return an item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider the item to be non-refundable.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

If you have not received a refund, you can take the following steps:

*Contact your bank/credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be officially released, as it may take up to 7-10 business days to process the balance).

*Easepicks are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If product is defective/damage/missing item/wrong item

*We do not charge relisting fee.
